Dr Dilesh Nguwaya is a Zimbabwean business leader and Executive Chairman and CEO of Geo Pomona Waste Management (Pvt) Ltd. He is widely recognized for driving practical, large-scale solutions to Zimbabwe’s waste management challenges through strategic leadership, innovation, and sustainable infrastructure development. His work is centred on transforming waste from a public health and environmental burden into an opportunity for cleaner cities, resource recovery, energy generation, and long-term national development. Under his leadership, Geo Pomona has advanced modern waste management systems that support environmental protection, operational efficiency, and community well-being.
