Eng. Simbarashe Muchena

Eng. Simbarashe Muchena is a professional engineer and the Waste-to-Energy Project/Plant Engineer at Geo Pomona Waste Management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Sustainable Energy.
He has extensive experience in waste management, sustainable energy systems, and Process engineering. His work includes involvement in landfill construction and operations, leachate management and treatment, and the development of waste-to-energy solutions that promote environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.
Eng. Muchena is passionate about advancing innovative technologies that support cleaner energy production, responsible waste management, and environmental compliance. Through his expertise in sustainable industrial processes and energy recovery, he contributes to projects that drive sustainable development and improve environmental outcomes.
