Job Kasambyo

Job Kasambyo Ben is a member of the Projects Team at the Packaging Producer Responsibility Organisation Kenya (PAKPRO Kenya). With over 10 years of experience coordinating donor and member-funded programs at both field and administrative levels across various international development organizations, he has built extensive expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, and program evaluation, with a specialized focus on sustainability and the circular economy.
At PAKPRO, Job focuses on engaging waste value chain actors—including collectors, aggregators, buyback centers, and recyclers, government actors, development partners and private entities—to drive material recovery, value addition, ecosystem support, capacity building, and promoting compliance with environmental standards and regulations to advance circular economy practices. Previously, he worked with large-scale development programs funded by Multilateral Development Institutions, and ran a consultancy providing services in nonprofit establishment, compliance, project design, and fundraising for CLG entities. He holds various certifications in Circular Economy and Global Environmental Management.
