Mpendulo Ginindza

Mpendulo Ginindza stands at the intersection of science, policy and systems change helping Africa rethink how it uses, recovers and values its resources.
With over 15 years of progressive leadership, she has shaped waste and circular economy systems across more than 12 African countries. As CEO of Green Forest Solutions Eswatini and Chair of the ISWA Africa Regional Chapter Advisory Board, she architects the frameworks that govern how producers take responsibility for what they make and what gets left behind.

A Registered Professional Natural Scientist, MPhil holder from Stellenbosch University, and Fellow of the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa, Mpendulo brings scientific rigour to the highest levels of global policy contributing to G20 processes, the Global Plastics Treaty, and ISWA international platforms.
She is, at her core, a builder: of systems, institutions and the human capacity to sustain them.
